This site helps you explore Lark Mountain vacation rentals, property management and real estate services. Use it lawfully and do not submit fraudulent inquiries, interfere with its operation or try to access another person's information.
Bookings and prices
Searching for dates, receiving a quote or sending an inquiry does not create a reservation. Review the property-specific total, taxes, mandatory fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, house rules and rental agreement before confirming a booking. Optional purchases should be clearly identified separately. A displayed preview estimate is not a payment confirmation.
The new checkout remains in private preview. Complete reservations through our existing Guesty booking site. These website terms do not change an existing reservation or its agreed cancellation policy.
Property information and accessibility
Property amenities, parking arrangements, access routes and seasonal facilities differ between homes. Ask The Team about any feature essential to your stay, including step-free access, elevator access, doorway widths or bathroom layout. A destination description is not a statement that every home has the same amenities or accessibility features.
Real estate and property management
Our real estate pages identify Keller Williams Preferred as the brokerage. A website inquiry alone does not establish an agency relationship or a property-management agreement. Representation and services are governed by the applicable disclosures and written agreements. Financial projections and local guides are not guarantees of rental income, investment performance or permitted use. Confirm current property-specific requirements before making decisions.
