Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type and message. You may also include property details, travel dates or a reservation reference. Please do not include payment card numbers, access codes or sensitive personal information in your message.
When you submit a form, we also record the marketing choice you make, the consent wording and version, the submission time and the page where you submitted it. An unchecked box does not grant new marketing permission. This form does not itself add you to a mailing list or change an existing subscription.
How the website uses information
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and connect you with the appropriate team. General and property-management inquiries go to our support team; real estate inquiries go to our real estate team. Marketing permission is separate from an inquiry, booking or customer-service response.
Date searches and price checks send the selected property, dates and guest count to Guesty. Booking and payment information entered on the Guesty booking site is handled through that service and its payment providers. Review the booking site's notices before providing payment details.
Email choices
The optional checkbox applies only to marketing emails from Lark Mountain Properties about stays, offers, real estate and property management. It does not authorize marketing calls or text messages. You can request that marketing emails stop by emailing support@larkmountain.com with your email address and the word “unsubscribe.” Future marketing campaigns must also provide their own working unsubscribe option.
Services and technical information
Website hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site. The inquiry endpoint uses a hashed IP address for submission-rate controls. When email delivery is enabled, the configured Resend service transmits your inquiry to our team. Our team's email provider receives and stores those messages. Consent records are stored in the website database.
Pages may request fonts from Google, display a live review service at reviews.larkmountain.com, and load images from external hosting services, including legacy Wix image URLs. These requests expose technical information such as your IP address and browser information to the service receiving the request. Links to booking, owner and other external services lead to separate sites with their own notices.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your permission, we use first-party analytics to measure page views, property views, date-search submissions, booking clicks and contact clicks. Random browser identifiers last up to 30 days; sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Events are stored in our hosting database and include the page path and a broad referral-source category. We do not send message text, email addresses, travel dates or URL query strings to this analytics system. You may decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this optional measurement. We also count messages accepted by our email provider, without copying message content into analytics. These counts do not prove inbox delivery. No advertising pixels are installed by our application. Hosting, sign-in, booking services and embedded services may use their own cookies or storage. The full third-party cookie and tracking review is still pending for public launch. A marketing-email checkbox is not consent to advertising cookies.
Retention and requests
Contact the support address above to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about a request decision. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. Some records may need to be retained for reservations, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations. A final retention schedule and any jurisdiction-specific rights and appeal procedures must be confirmed before this notice is approved.
